With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 23 played minutes SC Braga got a freekick which was hit by Lu Xun Lei. Pablo Erosa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Laçın Cumayev when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kurt Björkdahl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zigmantas Gimbutas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laçın Cumayev made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Pablo Erosa sent off a good shot on target. SC Braga's Laçın Cumayev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save SC Braga from getting a goal against them.
