The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 8 minutes into the match, José Antonio Costa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nestor Quirino. América-SC F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Antonio Costa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. América-SC F.C.'s Nestor Quirino tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Valleslona F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Téo Cordeiro was slow to take the kick. During this time América-SC F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Gabi Gol managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Valleslona F.C.'s Peng Qian Kun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Valleslona F.C. from getting a goal against them. 18 minutes into the match, Valleslona F.C.'s goalkeeper Peng Qian Kun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kobe Haaland. With a little luck, Valleslona F.C.'s Peng Qian Kun got control of the ball when Kobe Haaland tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Valleslona F.C. defense, Kobe Haaland kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Peng Qian Kun. The Valleslona F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Peng Qian Kun should have stopped the shot. Nestor Quirino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anderson Viana's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Peng Qian Kun successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 41 played minutes América-SC F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Kobe Haaland. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Valleslona F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
