An unexpectedly hard shot by Wojciech Skaradowski in the 13th minute of play forced Djurgården Sthlm's goalkeeper Robin Olsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Octavian Nicolescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Robin Olsen made a huge save. In the 20th minute Mats Sjö suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. In the 21st minute, Kajetan Fronczak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Robin Olsen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After some careless play in the Spartan FC Mogilany defense, Viktor Orbán kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iwo Domarecki. The Spartan FC Mogilany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iwo Domarecki should have stopped the shot. Iwo Domarecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyprian Dytrych in the 34th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Spartan FC Mogilany's Vsevolod Mischenko got a free kick in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaloyan Dimovski in the 37th minute of play forced Spartan FC Mogilany's goalkeeper Iwo Domarecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diogo Martins could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Robin Olsen made a huge save. An unexpected shot in the 41st minute by Diogo Martins got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Kaya Österberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jens-Ove Utfal hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. A collision led to Spartan FC Mogilany getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Octavian Nicolescu hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Diogo Martins to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Spartan FC Mogilany's Iwo Domarecki got control of the ball when Kaya Österberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Djurgården Sthlm's Robin Olsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diogo Martins in the 54th minute of play. Robin Olsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wojciech Skaradowski in the 56th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Djurgården Sthlm's goal looked a bit too open when Diogo Martins came free, but Robin Olsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kurt Olofsson kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Kaya Österberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the game, Diogo Martins cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Robin Olsen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. For all the effort they put into the match, the Djurgården Sthlm players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Spartan FC Mogilany.
