After 3 minutes, Anuna Kis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pura Vida Academy and the Eket BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anuna Kis hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Eket BK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Anders Sundberg in the 5th minute. Eket BK's Márk Sári was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jondo Andrzheevskiy in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Paata Kamadadze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jim Martin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paata Kamadadze, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. If Bidzina Gvaramadze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jim Martin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bidzina Gvaramadze in the 18th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Paata Kamadadze managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pura Vida Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Paata Kamadadze was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jim Martin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 23 minutes into the match, Pura Vida Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Vennersten came free, but Jondo Andrzheevskiy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Pura Vida Academy's Jondo Andrzheevskiy got control of the ball when Pelle Blomquist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jondo Andrzheevskiy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pelle Blomquist in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute of the match Adam Nordström sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jondo Andrzheevskiy skillfully saved the ball. Georginio Dzadzamia kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Pelle Blomquist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jondo Andrzheevskiy was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Primitivo Heli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Jondo Andrzheevskiy made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bidzina Gvaramadze was the one to do the kick off. Jondo Andrzheevskiy came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Eket BK's Primitivo Heli. But to his dismay, Primitivo Heli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 57th match minute, Eket BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Folkert Reitsma to maneuver through the defense. Folkert Reitsma hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. If Antoni Wieser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jim Martin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antoni Wieser, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After some careless play in the Pura Vida Academy defense, Pelle Blomquist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jondo Andrzheevskiy. The Pura Vida Academy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jondo Andrzheevskiy should have stopped the shot. In the 65th minute Antoni Wieser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jim Martin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jim Martin came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Pura Vida Academy's Antoni Wieser. But to his dismay, Antoni Wieser quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 71st minute, Primitivo Heli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jondo Andrzheevskiy was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. The supporters of Pura Vida Academy booed when Eket BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anders Sundberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Eket BK's Pelle Blomquist got a free kick in the 79th minute. Pura Vida Academy's attack was well implemented in the 87th minute, but when Antoni Wieser was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Antoni Wieser blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jim Martin having to make a save. 89 minutes into the match, Eket BK's goal looked a bit too open when Antoni Wieser came free, but Jim Martin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Eket BK's goal looked a bit too open when Antoni Wieser came free, but Jim Martin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Eket BK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Pura Vida Academy had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
