The crowd rose to their feet as Algot Sundin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Franco Sampler. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Franco Sampler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Algot Sundin in the 6th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Mercado Paulista F.C's goalkeeper Franco Sampler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Faustino Luar. 19 minutes into the match, Mercado Paulista F.C's Kent Lindberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Venancio Geleberto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Mercado Paulista F.C getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Atilano Acosta hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Remigio Bizi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kent Lindberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Venancio Geleberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kent Lindberg in the 26th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Los Del Kllejon FC's zone, Kent Lindberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Venancio Geleberto came out of the goal and Kent Lindberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 37th minute Ismael Gumaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Sampler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Algot Sundin in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Franco Sampler, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Franco Sampler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Algot Sundin in the 43rd minute of play. Los Del Kllejon FC were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Mercado Paulista F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Remigio Bizi took the corner. The corner ended in Remigio Bizi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mercado Paulista F.C's Franco Sampler did a great save. 46 minutes into the game, Gervasio Hitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mercado Paulista F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Del Kllejon FC the free kick. The supporters of Los Del Kllejon FC booed when Mercado Paulista F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gervasio Hitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Los Del Kllejon FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mercado Paulista F.C were winning 1-4.

Los Del Kllejon FC's Abel Normando was substituted for Faustino Luar. Los Del Kllejon FC's Adrian Lopez was substituted for Samuel Toli. Mercado Paulista F.C's 董希雄 was substituted for Kent Lindberg. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mercado Paulista F.C eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
