Ribeirada's Inácio Quinaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witold Ciempa in the 16th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Witold Ciempa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Inácio Quinaz was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. In the 22nd minute Jorge Rico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ribeirada's attentive Basarab Ceaușu managed to snatch the ball when Nicasio Cresenciano made a throw-in in the 34th minute of the game. The Cremonese fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The supporters of Cremonese booed when Ribeirada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lu Guang Lang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Quinaz having to interfere. Cremonese's Calvin Huff got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

After 51 minutes of play, Cremonese's Witold Ciempa made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Inácio Quinaz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 54 played minutes Ribeirada got a freekick which was hit by Michael Ongao. Recai Taykurt might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Inácio Quinaz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Recai Taykurt ran back to his position shaking his head. Jeremias Cruz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Pereira in the 56th minute of the match.
