Rock Hard FC's Kenneth Drange played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antoine Griezmann in the 8th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Bicicleta F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Sigve Ramberg came free, but Tony Löv reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antoine Griezmann took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kenneth Drange. Kenneth Drange dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Sigve Ramberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Tony Löv made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eilert Totland in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tony Löv saved Bicicleta F.C. from getting behind. In the 21st minute of the match Rock Hard FC got a corner. Bicicleta F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tage Øye ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Johannes Bryn got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tony Löv quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience was convinced that Bo Lennartsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kenneth Drange was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Tony Löv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Bryn in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Bicicleta F.C.'s goalkeeper Tony Löv had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eilert Totland. In the 39th match minute, Bicicleta F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregorio Abalos to maneuver through the defense. Bicicleta F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Johannes Bryn scored to the left of an out of position Tony Löv, making the score, 2-1. When Åsmund Sørby fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rock Hard FC's protests and gave Åsmund Sørby a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th minute, Frank Haavik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Rock Hard FC defense, Bo Lennartsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kenneth Drange. The Rock Hard FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kenneth Drange should have stopped the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Kenneth Drange took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bo Lennartsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bicicleta F.C.'s Mariano Maore shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 96th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Kenneth Drange but with some difficulty. The Bicicleta F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
