Marcin Snaza started the match with the kick off. A collision led to RB Chubut getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Efrain Karmel hit a great ball. Tomasz Gorski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Robert Vassenius. RB Chubut's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Robert Vassenius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stelian Joldea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcin Snaza hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After 14 played minutes KS Piastów Sosnowiec got a freekick which was hit by Mariusz Zgonina. If Maximino Aimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stelian Joldea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabríel Batistuta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Isaac Mingo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RB Chubut fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. A collision led to RB Chubut getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. RB Chubut's Robert Vassenius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcin Snaza in the 42nd minute of play. Isaac Mingo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomasz Piwko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. When Marcin Snaza came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the KS Piastów Sosnowiec fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcin Snaza couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isaac Mingo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Stelian Joldea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Vassenius having to interfere. After 62 played minutes RB Chubut got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Karmel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariusz Zgonina in the 65th minute of play forced RB Chubut's goalkeeper Robert Vassenius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Apolo Beltza could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Robert Vassenius however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcin Snaza in the 72nd minute of play forced RB Chubut's goalkeeper Robert Vassenius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KS Piastów Sosnowiec made a substitution. Boruc Magdziarz replaced Hieronim Winszman. 78 minutes into the game, KS Piastów Sosnowiec's Marcin Snaza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Robert Vassenius made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Tytus Kajfasz made in the 82nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by RB Chubut's Juan Sorin. In the 87th minute Marcin Snaza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Vassenius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabríel Batistuta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robert Vassenius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stelian Joldea in the 92nd minute of play. KS Piastów Sosnowiec's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
