Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Petruț Arapașu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s Petruț Arapașu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio Correia in the 32nd minute of play. Petruț Arapașu had great luck who in the 34thth minute grab hold of the ball when Rian Giggs from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kevin Mier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Petri Romuroso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petruț Arapașu having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The supporters of ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ booed when Sabaneta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guaberto Paio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 52 minutes into the match, Sabaneta FC's goalkeeper Kevin Mier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicu Udroiu. If Antonio Masciarelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
