Wágner Seco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 7th minute Agostinho Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacob Alavedra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucas Grijander in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wágner Seco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Ciruel Academy's Jacob Alavedra got control of the ball when Márcio Santos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ciruel Academy's Jacob Alavedra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agostinho Almeida in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Juventudes Libertárias's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Grijander came free, but Wágner Seco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The attack was good, but when Lucas Grijander in the 44th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After the first half Ciruel Academy were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucas Grijander stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Juventudes Libertárias booed when Ciruel Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Crispin Klander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacob Alavedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Márcio Santos in the 70th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicolás Elenes got free with Wágner Seco in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Juventudes Libertárias's Wágner Seco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Juventudes Libertárias from getting a goal against them. Jacob Alavedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agostinho Almeida in the 93rd minute of play. After 96 minutes Juventudes Libertárias's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Crispin Klander who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Ciruel Academy's Crispin Klander to fire away a dangerous shot which Wágner Seco despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of Ciruel Academy were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Juventudes Libertárias side.
