Gremengo FCCMZ's Teobald Pazura got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dorian de Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Gere in the 5th minute of play. Gremengo FCCMZ's Juan Arrelucea quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Carlos Alberto Fernandez, made in the 7th minute of the game. 9 minutes into the game, Gremengo FCCMZ's Teofilo Yerro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dorian de Lima made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After having played for 12 minutes, Teobald Pazura managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gremengo FCCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teobald Pazura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 14 minutes into the game, Gremengo FCCMZ's Teofilo Yerro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dorian de Lima made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. When Luís Gustavo Rocha fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Renegados's protests and gave Luís Gustavo Rocha a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Renegados getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Luís Gustavo Rocha hit a great ball. After 25th play minutes Teofilo Yerro shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Dorian de Lima and just under the crossbar into goal. 34 minutes into the game, Rafa Donato was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Renegados's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gremengo FCCMZ the free kick. In the 34th match minute, Renegados was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafa Donato to maneuver through the defense. Teofilo Yerro scored 0-6 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dorian de Lima, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 38 minutes into the match, Teofilo Yerro notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Renegados's Dorian de Lima. Dorian de Lima was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 42 minutes into the game, Teofilo Yerro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Dorian de Lima was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 45 minutes into the match, Renegados's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilo Yerro came free, but Dorian de Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Renegados's Rafa Donato got a free kick in the 46th minute. The Renegados players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gremengo FCCMZ were winning 0-8.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romário Seco to make the kick off. The supporters of Renegados booed when Gremengo FCCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilo Yerro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute, Richard Gere left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gremengo FCCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. Dorian de Lima was a little too slow when Richard Gere got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 0-10. Raphael Hoffmann scored 0-11 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dorian de Lima, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Richard Gere took a quick shot and it went in 0-12 without a chance for Dorian de Lima to make any attempt to save it. In the 72nd minute, Teobald Pazura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Diego Armando Messi made a great header on Gremengo FCCMZ's corner, it was just that Renegados's Dorian de Lima managed to reach the ball for a save. Teobald Pazura might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dorian de Lima. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teobald Pazura ran back to his position shaking his head. Teobald Pazura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Raphael Hoffmann did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-14 to the left of a surprised Dorian de Lima 90 minutes into the match. Dorian de Lima stood somewhat misplaced when Raphael Hoffmann came free in front of goal and shot 0-15 to the left of him in the 93 minute. The Renegados fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gremengo FCCMZ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
