A sloppy throw-in by Karl Pointon in the 4th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR's Eric Skagen. Juvenal Moreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Gerber, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Gerber came free, but Juvenal Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s goalkeeper Juvenal Moreira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Juvenal Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Gerber in the 23rd minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bresal McPhil couldn't finish the play. Krzysztof Galagan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Russell Bennett in the 64th minute of play. Juvenal Moreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abelardo Koehler in the 65th minute of play. When Ian Sloan fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s protests and gave Ian Sloan a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Bresal McPhil hit a great ball. Abelardo Koehler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Juvenal Moreira made a huge save. Dominik Giertych hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Lisburn Distillery F.C. made a substitution. Carl Payne replaced Christopher Shuttleworth. A collision led to Lisburn Distillery F.C. getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Dominik Giertych hit a great ball. Krzysztof Galagan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Derek Findley in the 91st minute of the match. Krzysztof Galagan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Russell Bennett's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. When the match was over λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lisburn Distillery F.C. throughout the match.
