Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The audience thought a goal was coming when Håkan Šuker got free with Sofoklis Prinianakis in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Honung's Håkan Šuker slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sofoklis Prinianakis. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. 14 minutes into the match, Henley on Thames United's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Manuel Vargas came free, but Sofoklis Prinianakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 minutes Henley on Thames United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Johan Kilström who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Honung's corner Johan Kilström fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sofoklis Prinianakis quite easily take care of the ball. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Henley on Thames United's goalkeeper Sofoklis Prinianakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kristian Ottaway to strike the kick off in the second half. Aristide Beșliu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carl Houghton in the 53rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Håkan Šuker in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sofoklis Prinianakis saved Henley on Thames United from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Håkan Šuker in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sofoklis Prinianakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sofoklis Prinianakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Håkan Šuker in the 57th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Henley on Thames United's Mitch Creighton got a free kick in the 60th minute.
