In the 26th minute of the match La Parca FC got a corner. Henley on Thames United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Regis Van De Look ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led La Parca FC's Regis Van De Look to fire away a dangerous shot which Sofoklis Prinianakis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Henley on Thames United's Sofoklis Prinianakis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Henley on Thames United from getting a goal against them. Carl Houghton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Jens Huybreghts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 41 played minutes Henley on Thames United got a freekick which was hit by Kristian Ottaway. Henley on Thames United's Sofoklis Prinianakis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Henley on Thames United from getting a goal against them. Dawid Cizeski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Sofoklis Prinianakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dawid Cizeski to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Kristian Ottaway shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens Huybreghts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Henley on Thames United booed when La Parca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Niguel didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lorenzo Ur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sofoklis Prinianakis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dawid Cizeski's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Jens Huybreghts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Houghton in the 65th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dawid Cizeski in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sofoklis Prinianakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jake Marriott could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Jens Huybreghts made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dawid Cizeski in the 70th minute of play forced Henley on Thames United's goalkeeper Sofoklis Prinianakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Kristian Ottaway ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jens Huybreghts was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. La Parca FC's Erhun Ulukut was substituted for Lorenzo Ur. La Parca FC made a substitution. Kamilo Nero replaced Dawid Cizeski. Henley on Thames United's João Vítor Donato was substituted for Grant Sherwood. 78 minutes into the match, Jake Marriott dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jens Huybreghts, 1-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kamilo Nero in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sofoklis Prinianakis saved Henley on Thames United from getting behind. After 94 minutes, Walter Oihan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Parca FC and the Henley on Thames United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th minute, Walter Oihan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henley on Thames United made a substitution. Huey Claydon replaced Joe Wright.
