Jânio Furlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godofredo Tipi, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The throw-in from Efraim Bombardier in the 18th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by EL TITAN M.P.'s Jose Chan. Efraim Bombardier made in the 22nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Erlingur Haaland however managed to control. Godofredo Tipi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jânio Furlan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. If Godofredo Tipi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jânio Furlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Tipi in the 29th minute of play. Efraim Bombardier made in the 36th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by EL TITAN M.P.'s Jose Chan. Apolo Maule made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Tiago Gabriel Vieira sent off a good shot on target. 46 minutes into the match, Guará FC's goal looked a bit too open when Godofredo Tipi came free, but Jânio Furlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ronaldão Paulista was the one to do the kick off. Apolo Maule showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Gabriel Vieira, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Godofredo Tipi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jânio Furlan having to make a save. In the 65th minute of the match Guará FC got a corner. EL TITAN M.P.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ronaldão Paulista ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Lachezar Dzhevov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Apolo Maule quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Guará FC's Jânio Furlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Tipi in the 70th minute of play. EL TITAN M.P.'s attentive Jose Chan managed to snatch the ball when Efraim Bombardier made a throw-in in the 72nd minute of the game. Jânio Furlan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Tipi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. EL TITAN M.P.'s Jose Chan managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Efraim Bombardier in the 79 minute of the game. Jânio Furlan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Godofredo Tipi's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. The supporters of EL TITAN M.P. booed when Guará FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efraim Bombardier didn't get a good kick on the ball. EL TITAN M.P.'s Apolo Maule played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldão Paulista in the 88th minute of play. Guará FC were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after EL TITAN M.P.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ronaldão Paulista took the corner. 94 minutes into the match, Erlingur Haaland notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of EL TITAN M.P.'s Apolo Maule. Apolo Maule was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
