The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Gong Zhi Peng's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ovidiu Caranfil was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Gong Zhi Peng could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Ovidiu Caranfil made a huge save. Gigel Zăvoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ştefan Panțuru in the 8th minute of play. Constantin Costăchescu kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Well-Well Benne in the 12th minute of play forced MasterBets's goalkeeper Gigel Zăvoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Constantin Costăchescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Ovidiu Caranfil made a huge save. 13 minutes into the game, Constantin Costăchescu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ovidiu Caranfil. Constantin Costăchescu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Gong Zhi Peng struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Ovidiu Caranfil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MasterBets. Ovidiu Caranfil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gong Zhi Peng in the 24th minute of the match. When MasterBets's Gong Zhi Peng in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Vertigo's goalie prevented a goal. If Gong Zhi Peng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gong Zhi Peng in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ovidiu Caranfil saved Club Vertigo from getting behind. Gong Zhi Peng could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Ovidiu Caranfil made a huge save. In the 38th minute, MasterBets's Gong Zhi Peng dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 42 minutes into the game, Ştefan Panțuru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Vertigo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MasterBets the free kick. Ovidiu Caranfil came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by MasterBets's Gong Zhi Peng. But to his dismay, Gong Zhi Peng quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Ovidiu Caranfil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francis Coppola's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gong Zhi Peng made a kick off. Gong Zhi Peng recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 50th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The throw-in from Nikulás Benediktsson in the 52nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by MasterBets's Alekos Kotsanakis. In the 53rd minute, Gong Zhi Peng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ovidiu Caranfil was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Gong Zhi Peng's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ovidiu Caranfil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Gong Zhi Peng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ovidiu Caranfil was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Ovidiu Caranfil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francis Coppola in the 62nd minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, MasterBets's Gong Zhi Peng sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ovidiu Caranfil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Club Vertigo's Well-Well Benne got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. MasterBets's Jacinto Oso was substituted for Constantin Costăchescu. Well-Well Benne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gigel Zăvoiu having to interfere. Ştefan Panțuru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Gigel Zăvoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Gong Zhi Peng sped through Club Vertigo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ovidiu Caranfil. Robert Aurelianu made a great header on MasterBets's corner, it was just that Club Vertigo's Ovidiu Caranfil managed to reach the ball for a save. 84 minutes into the match, Club Vertigo's goal looked a bit too open when Francis Coppola came free, but Ovidiu Caranfil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. MasterBets's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gong Zhi Peng in the 85th minute. Ştefan Panțuru in the 92ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gigel Zăvoiu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. MasterBets's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
