Spectators: 183 (Terracing: 138, Seating: 42, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaap Zuidam in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ademar Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ademar Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 盛世 高文竞, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Ciccio Tacconi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Lages in the 15th minute of play. When Bento Souto fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sporting Clube Patrício's protests and gave Bento Souto a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of NFC Eagles 22 booed when Sporting Clube Patrício was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bento Souto didn't get a good kick on the ball. NFC Eagles 22's Ciccio Tacconi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save NFC Eagles 22 from getting a goal against them. 27 minutes into the match, Tomás Portugal dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ciccio Tacconi, 2-0. After 30 played minutes NFC Eagles 22 got a freekick which was hit by Cido da Rocha. Andreas Pirovolakis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciccio Tacconi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. NFC Eagles 22's Ciccio Tacconi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Lages in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute Tomás Portugal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciccio Tacconi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Tomás Portugal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciccio Tacconi. NFC Eagles 22's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomás Portugal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Ciccio Tacconi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zarco Lameiras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ademar Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raymond Schouten in the 42nd minute of play. When Laurens Knol fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored NFC Eagles 22's protests and gave Laurens Knol a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th match minute, NFC Eagles 22 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laurens Knol to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute, Andreas Pirovolakis fired a really elegant long shot, but Ciccio Tacconi threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when 盛世 高文竞 made the kick off in the second half. Ciccio Tacconi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bento Souto's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Teodoro Onofre kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Ademar Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 盛世 高文竞 in the 75th minute of the match. Ciccio Tacconi came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Clube Patrício's Jiang Gang. But to his dismay, Jiang Gang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sporting Clube Patrício fans cheered their team off the field, for while NFC Eagles 22 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
