The supporters of Cura del Futbol booed when Santa Margarita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andréas Hasselqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute of the match Karl-Erik Nordal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pontus Nordström skillfully saved the ball. 22 minutes into the game, Witomir Pisarczyk recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Haakon á Borg. Witomir Pisarczyk showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 25th minute, Andreas Landgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Jörn Helström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pontus Nordström. Santa Margarita's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jörn Helström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 31 minutes into the match, Cura del Futbol's goalkeeper Haakon á Borg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Witomir Pisarczyk. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witomir Pisarczyk in the 32nd minute of play forced Cura del Futbol's goalkeeper Haakon á Borg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Santa Margarita's goal looked a bit too open when Jörn Helström came free, but Pontus Nordström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerardo Lordi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haakon á Borg having to interfere. Enzo Peruxu kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After 41 played minutes Santa Margarita got a freekick which was hit by Igor Furtado. When Jörn Helström came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Cura del Futbol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jörn Helström couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Santa Margarita booed when Cura del Futbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Erik Nordal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Cura del Futbol's Karl-Erik Nordal got a free kick in the 46th minute. After 47 played minutes, Santa Margarita's Enzo Peruxu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Haakon á Borg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Santa Margarita reached it. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

53 minutes into the match, Jörn Helström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pontus Nordström, 1-2. Jörn Helström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Pontus Nordström made a huge save. 61 minutes into the game, Cura del Futbol's Jörn Helström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pontus Nordström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Santa Margarita made a substitution. Klaus Mohammadi replaced Gerardo Lordi. Haakon á Borg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Icardi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mauro Icardi in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Haakon á Borg saved Cura del Futbol from getting behind. Pontus Nordström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimeno Geofredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute, Lucio Domenec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Santa Margarita booed when Cura del Futbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Domenec didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute Jörn Helström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pontus Nordström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Mauro Icardi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santa Margarita's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauro Icardi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haakon á Borg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 96th minute, Mauro Icardi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Haakon á Borg was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cura del Futbol had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
