The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Basilio Barrientos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mincho Robledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. 4 minutes into the game, Preslav Famparski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Basilio Barrientos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mincho Robledo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leocadio Hebia in the 9th minute of play forced USS Enterprise's goalkeeper Basilio Barrientos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. THE CLUB were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after USS Enterprise's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lino Galindo took the corner. Lino Galindo made a great header on THE CLUB's corner, it was just that USS Enterprise's Basilio Barrientos managed to reach the ball for a save. After 13 played minutes USS Enterprise got a freekick which was hit by Wilhelm Hildmann. 14 minutes into the match, USS Enterprise's goal looked a bit too open when Leocadio Hebia came free, but Basilio Barrientos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Basilio Barrientos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mincho Robledo went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Julien Zaugg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guo Ling Nan having to interfere. The supporters of THE CLUB booed when USS Enterprise was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Etxekopar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bobby Lück hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. USS Enterprise's Basilio Barrientos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leocadio Hebia in the 25th minute of play. Basilio Barrientos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Preslav Famparski in the 27th minute of play. The supporters of THE CLUB booed when USS Enterprise was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Carlos Lira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leocadio Hebia scored 0-4 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Basilio Barrientos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Preslav Famparski scored 0-5 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Basilio Barrientos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th minute, Renatinho Severo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Basilio Barrientos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. 42 minutes into the match, Velyo Belutov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Basilio Barrientos. USS Enterprise's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Velyo Belutov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. After some careless play in the USS Enterprise defense, Alexey Keresteliev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Basilio Barrientos. The USS Enterprise fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Basilio Barrientos should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With a little luck, USS Enterprise's Basilio Barrientos got control of the ball when Mincho Robledo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 58 played minutes USS Enterprise got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Schneider. Thanks to some nice moves Leocadio Hebia could shoot a difficult shot in the 60th minute, which Basilio Barrientos however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Velyo Belutov in the 69th minute of play forced USS Enterprise's goalkeeper Basilio Barrientos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basilio Barrientos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Preslav Famparski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Mincho Robledo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Basilio Barrientos. That made the score 0-10 in the 71 minute of play. THE CLUB's Themis Pepper was substituted for Preslav Famparski. Ivan Schneider hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. USS Enterprise's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Mincho Robledo scored to the left of an out of position Basilio Barrientos, making the score, 0-11. When THE CLUB's Themis Pepper in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye USS Enterprise's goalie prevented a goal. 83 minutes into the match, Dancho Chochov dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Basilio Barrientos, 0-12. The crowd rose to their feet as Mincho Robledo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Basilio Barrientos. That made the score 0-13 in the 86 minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, USS Enterprise's goalkeeper Basilio Barrientos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elpidio Cordareo. In the 94th minute Dancho Chochov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Barrientos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. THE CLUB's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
