After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Doriva Dante managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Helland's supporters rose to their feet, but Doriva Dante was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basilio Barrientos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ole Meisingset took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Basilio Barrientos. Basilio Barrientos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Ivan Schneider kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Manuel Etxekopar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the game, Doriva Dante cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Basilio Barrientos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Przemyslaw Ciupierdo struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Basilio Barrientos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Helland. Jérôme Schmit struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. After 30 minutes of play, Real Helland's Przemyslaw Ciupierdo made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Basilio Barrientos was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 33rd minute, Przemyslaw Ciupierdo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tor-Kristian Seim scored 0-5 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Basilio Barrientos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Przemyslaw Ciupierdo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Basilio Barrientos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julien Zaugg made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Real Helland's Ole Meisingset nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Basilio Barrientos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Basilio Barrientos made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Bernardo Tofani sent off a good shot on target. After 59 minutes, Ivan Schneider mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the USS Enterprise and the Real Helland players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ivan Schneider kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. When Doriva Dante came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Real Helland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Doriva Dante couldn't finish the play. Basilio Barrientos didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 61st minute, which inside left pole to 0-8. The crowd rose to their feet as Ole Meisingset kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Basilio Barrientos. That made the score 0-9 in the 65 minute of play. In the 71st minute Doriva Dante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Barrientos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Real Helland's Basilio Barrientos threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Przemyslaw Ciupierdo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Przemyslaw Ciupierdo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Basilio Barrientos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Przemyslaw Ciupierdo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Basilio Barrientos, passed just outside the right post. The Real Helland fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Real Helland's Doriva Dante looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-10 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Przemyslaw Ciupierdo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of USS Enterprise booed when Real Helland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Tofani didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 87 played minutes, USS Enterprise's Florian Otto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jon-Erik Ringvold came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in USS Enterprise reached it. In the 89th minute, Real Helland's Przemyslaw Ciupierdo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-11. Real Helland's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
