In the 8th match minute, Yaman Academy® was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dries Mertens to maneuver through the defense. Aristides Orzaize made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Alcaraz in the 10th minute of play. When Dries Mertens came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Yaman Academy® fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dries Mertens couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Altan Andaç got free with Rune Söder in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The corner led Yaman Academy®'s Berkin Özarı to fire away a dangerous shot which Rune Söder despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jonathan Löv scored 1-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aristides Orzaize, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 28th minute Humberto Alcaraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Orzaize saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mark Olsson in the 31st minute of play forced Yaman Academy®'s goalkeeper Aristides Orzaize to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 35 minutes, Andreas Stolpe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Firma Barnängen and the Yaman Academy® players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 35th minute, Andreas Stolpe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 40 minutes into the match, Dries Mertens notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Firma Barnängen's Rune Söder. Rune Söder was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 43rd minute Humberto Alcaraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Orzaize saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Dries Mertens cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Rune Söder was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mark Olsson to make the kick off. Mark Olsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Orzaize having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Dries Mertens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yaman Academy® fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 61st minute, Dries Mertens made a precise shot to the right of Rune Söder. Firma Barnängen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Rune Söder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dries Mertens in the 64th minute of play. Aristides Orzaize showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Alcaraz, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Dries Mertens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 68th minute Dries Mertens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Söder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Humberto Alcaraz could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Aristides Orzaize however easily saved by the left post. Yaman Academy®'s Aristides Orzaize proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Yaman Academy® from getting a goal against them. Firma Barnängen's Vidar Gummeson quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Berkin Özarı, made in the 81st minute of the game. The supporters of Firma Barnängen booed when Yaman Academy® was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emran Özender didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rune Söder didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emran Özender went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. 90 minutes into the match, Yaman Academy®'s goalkeeper Aristides Orzaize had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonathan Löv. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Yaman Academy® were victorious despite being under pressure from Firma Barnängen for much of the match.
