Spectators: 151 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iurie Avacariței started the match with the kick off. Prudencio Uxio took the ball and in the 2 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manuel Lovinescu. Manuel Lovinescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. FC Oltul Slatina's Gaudencio Ubarna was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 8th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Tadeo Muc made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Iurie Avacariței sent off a good shot on target. Cristian Lema hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Manuel Lovinescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niel Van de Zande in the 17th minute of play. A hard shot 23 in the game by Iurie Avacariței from a close distance when the talented Tadeo Muc managed to make a qualified save. The Proser Gures's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaudencio Ubarna in the 26th minute of play forced The Proser Gures's goalkeeper Tadeo Muc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Oltul Slatina's Manuel Lovinescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niel Van de Zande in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute of the match The Proser Gures got a corner. FC Oltul Slatina's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ubaldo Domiku ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to The Proser Gures getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Qian Zhen hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iurie Avacariței got free with Tadeo Muc in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, The Proser Gures's Tadeo Muc got control of the ball when Iurie Avacariței tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 40 minutes of play, The Proser Gures's Prudencio Uxio made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manuel Lovinescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Prudencio Uxio was the one to do the kick off. Tadeo Muc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaudencio Ubarna, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Tadeo Muc came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Oltul Slatina's Gelu Coman. But to his dismay, Gelu Coman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. After a defensive mix-up in FC Oltul Slatina's zone, Prudencio Uxio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Lovinescu came out of the goal and Prudencio Uxio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 5-2 when Iurie Avacariței sped through The Proser Gures's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tadeo Muc. 69 minutes into the match, Niel Van de Zande had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manuel Lovinescu. FC Oltul Slatina's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Niel Van de Zande was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iurie Avacariței in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tadeo Muc saved The Proser Gures from getting behind. FC Oltul Slatina's Șerban Tilincă was substituted for Dragoş Arnăuțescu. After 79 played minutes FC Oltul Slatina got a freekick which was hit by Ilie Leahu. Niel Van de Zande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Manuel Lovinescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santiago Clodio kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Iurie Avacariței had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tadeo Muc. The Proser Gures's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iurie Avacariței was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-3. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Iurie Avacariței put it in 7-3 from a short distance just to the right of Tadeo Muc. 89 minutes into the match, Iurie Avacariței notched a goal, 8-3, to the right of The Proser Gures's Tadeo Muc. Tadeo Muc was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Oltul Slatina's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
