When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Octavio Marcones sped through АФК Фонтаните's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gigi Buffon. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romeo Nabar got free with Gigi Buffon in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A nice corner shot did that Romeo Nabar got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gigi Buffon quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gigi Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Lehior in the 80th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alejo Lehior in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gigi Buffon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Forros Fantásticos AC's Godofredo Quintana got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Forros Fantásticos AC's Candido Artaldo was substituted for Filip Geambașu.
