Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romulo Hever to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind C. A. Atlanta's goalkeeper Arnoldo Kismi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. CS La Libertad were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after C. A. Atlanta's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mainor Coronado took the corner. After taking down the ball on CS La Libertad's corner Mainor Coronado fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Arnoldo Kismi quite easily take care of the ball. In the 13th minute, Agustin Barrantes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, C. A. Atlanta's Aquiles Manex got a free kick in the 18th minute. Mainor Coronado struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Arnoldo Kismi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CS La Libertad. C. A. Atlanta's Arnoldo Kismi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Volio in the 21st minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Miguel Volio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnoldo Kismi. Mainor Coronado ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to CS La Libertad's Gerardo Millot getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mainor Coronado in the 38th minute of play forced C. A. Atlanta's goalkeeper Arnoldo Kismi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnoldo Kismi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Millot, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. CS La Libertad's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mainor Coronado in the 46th minute. Atlanta's goalkeeper Arnoldo Kismi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elias Carballo. Arnoldo Kismi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Elias Carballo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 76 minute of play. CS La Libertad's Ernesto Monge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Eli in the 80th minute of play. A. Atlanta getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Federico Gil hit a great ball. In the 94th minute, Serafim Caneira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CS La Libertad's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
