In the 17th minute Florin Panțâru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Lenzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santiago Ieltxu charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santiago Ieltxu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd minute of the match, Umberto Goiano sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Waldemar Cwynar showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. Waldemar Cwynar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roy Rowe in the 24th minute of the match. Den Gale's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Waldemar Cwynar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Hayri Rıfat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Waldemar Cwynar was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Roy Rowe took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waldemar Cwynar. After some careless play in the Los Patanes defense, Jeronimo Tabb kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Waldemar Cwynar. The Los Patanes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Waldemar Cwynar should have stopped the shot. In the 62nd match minute, Los Patanes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dávid Katona to maneuver through the defense. Waldemar Cwynar didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 63rd minute, which inside left pole to 0-8. A collision led to Los Patanes getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Dávid Katona hit a great ball. The long shot by Umberto Goiano in the 73rd minute really tested Waldemar Cwynar's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal.
