Toto Caputo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. A collision led to Jumentus Rock Club getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Gerson Queiroz hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute, Reinaldo Arce ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Toto Caputo was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Reinaldo Arce hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Jumentus Rock Club's Osvaldinho da Silva was substituted for Vagner Løve. In the 79th minute, Andy Vincent hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Reinaldo Arce put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Toto Caputo. Thanks to some nice moves Andreas Furcas could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which Tomás Ceresso however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Georg Oberhauser got free with Tomás Ceresso in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Toto Caputo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josué Souto in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Jumentus Rock Club's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lajos Wenzel fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some careless play in the Jumentus Rock Club defense, Georg Oberhauser kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomás Ceresso. The Jumentus Rock Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomás Ceresso should have stopped the shot.
