Willy Van Linthout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marciano Cambiasso in the 4th minute of the match. In the 5th match minute, BAIRES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ubaldo Cambiasso to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jullian Vranx in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anibal Cambiasso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 11th minute Genaro Cambiasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willy Van Linthout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Willy Van Linthout showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genaro Cambiasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Bruly's goal looked a bit too open when Genaro Cambiasso came free, but Willy Van Linthout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Jullian Vranx managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bruly's supporters rose to their feet, but Jullian Vranx was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anibal Cambiasso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jullian Vranx in the 16th minute of play forced BAIRES's goalkeeper Anibal Cambiasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bruly's zone, Joaquin Cambiasso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Willy Van Linthout came out of the goal and Joaquin Cambiasso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gabriel Duarte's late challenge caught a Bruly's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gabriel Duarte helped the player get up and apologised. Gabriel Duarte kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Anibal Cambiasso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jullian Vranx in the 26th minute of the match. Tobias Gorka hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Jullian Vranx's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anibal Cambiasso was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. 29 minutes into the match, BAIRES's goal looked a bit too open when Jullian Vranx came free, but Anibal Cambiasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joaquin Cambiasso scored 1-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Willy Van Linthout, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 36 minutes into the match, Bruly's Jullian Vranx sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anibal Cambiasso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Joaquin Cambiasso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the match, Jullian Vranx notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of BAIRES's Anibal Cambiasso. Anibal Cambiasso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had been going on for 43 minutes Robben Musseeuw shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Anibal Cambiasso when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. In the 44th match minute, BAIRES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Gorka to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jullian Vranx stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marciano Cambiasso in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Willy Van Linthout saved Bruly from getting behind. When BAIRES's Marciano Cambiasso in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bruly's goalie prevented a goal. Willy Van Linthout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marciano Cambiasso in the 57th minute of the match. Brend Schrevens hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Willy Van Linthout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Cambiasso in the 59th minute of play. BAIRES's Tobias Gorka got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the BAIRES defense, Jullian Vranx kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anibal Cambiasso. The BAIRES fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anibal Cambiasso should have stopped the shot. In the 67th minute Marciano Cambiasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willy Van Linthout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andres Cambiasso struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Willy Van Linthout didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BAIRES. In the 77th minute, Jullian Vranx ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anibal Cambiasso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Anibal Cambiasso was a little too slow when Jullian Vranx got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 1-4. After 92 played minutes Bruly got a freekick which was hit by Alek Thys. When Gabriel Duarte came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the BAIRES fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Duarte couldn't finish the play. Anibal Cambiasso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jullian Vranx, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The BAIRES supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Bruly's performance. The match ended with a win for Bruly.
