Ivo Guterres was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feijo Freire in the 16th minute of play forced SC Freiburg 09's goalkeeper Ivo Guterres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Abílio Passos came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the SC Freiburg 09 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abílio Passos couldn't finish the play. With his leg Ivo Guterres managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Golden Tigers's Václav Petržela fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 27th minute Feijo Freire shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivo Guterres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute Simon Krejza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivo Guterres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Golden Tigers's Agum Sopandi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Bragança in the 57th minute of play. Ivo Guterres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feijo Freire in the 61st minute of the match. Abílio Passos kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Raul Leal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Agum Sopandi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the game, Nuno Bragança was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Freiburg 09's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Golden Tigers the free kick. Ivo Guterres dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in SC Freiburg 09 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! SC Freiburg 09:s Ivo Guterres showed great skill when he stopped Feijo Freire:s penalty.
