In the 5th minute of the match Senator S.A.K got a corner. Fúria Futebol Clube's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mehdi Dündaroğlu ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 6th minute, Arda Güler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fúria Futebol Clube's Júlio Porto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Fúria Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Senator S.A.K booed when Fúria Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Durval Rossi didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edoardo Pasin in the 15th minute of play forced Fúria Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Júlio Porto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Senator S.A.K's Edoardo Pasin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Júlio Porto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 19 minutes into the game, Luís Fabiano Cerezo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fúria Futebol Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Senator S.A.K the free kick. The supporters of Senator S.A.K booed when Fúria Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Fabiano Cerezo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Júlio Porto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edoardo Pasin in the 21st minute. 25 minutes into the game, Edoardo Pasin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Júlio Porto. Edoardo Pasin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Fúria Futebol Clube's Júlio Porto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edoardo Pasin in the 28th minute of play. After 34 played minutes Fúria Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Evaristo Mesquita. In the 35thth minute of the game Edoardo Pasin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fúria Futebol Clube's Júlio Porto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Sílvio Luís Nogueira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Júlio Porto. That made the score 2-0 in the 40 minute of play. Fúria Futebol Clube's Júlio Porto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Luís Nogueira in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th minute Luís Fabiano Cerezo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvin van der Sar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Edoardo Pasin came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Senator S.A.K fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edoardo Pasin couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Cristian Pernambucano made the kick off in the second half. Júlio Porto came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Senator S.A.K's Edoardo Pasin. But to his dismay, Edoardo Pasin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Edoardo Pasin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Júlio Porto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute Sílvio Luís Nogueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Porto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Júlio Porto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sílvio Luís Nogueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Soner Ilgın charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Soner Ilgın the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 68th minute, Soner Ilgın hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristian Pernambucano during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cristian Pernambucano hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fúria Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Júlio Porto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Senator S.A.K getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. İhsan Özgun hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Sílvio Luís Nogueira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Senator S.A.K fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Fúria Futebol Clube players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Senator S.A.K.
