Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's Arthur Bufi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tord Kämpe in the 11th minute of play. In the 14th minute Gwidon Cwojdak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chen Hong Jun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tord Kämpe in the 15th minute of play forced Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Arthur Bufi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute Cruzeiro Esporte Clube were awarded a corner. Oswaldo Maranhense went to the cornerflag to take it. 余永川 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chen Hong Jun having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by 余永川 in the 20th minute of play forced Lillhärdal BF's goalkeeper Chen Hong Jun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chen Hong Jun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 余永川's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lillhärdal BF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Oswaldo Maranhense was slow to take the kick. During this time Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's corner Oswaldo Maranhense fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Chen Hong Jun quite easily take care of the ball. In the 27th minute Cruzeiro Esporte Clube were awarded a corner. Oswaldo Maranhense went to the cornerflag to take it. Lillhärdal BF's Chen Hong Jun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Ibar in the 29th minute of play. Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Oswaldo Maranhense in the 32nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Oswaldo Maranhense got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Chen Hong Jun quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Chen Hong Jun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gwidon Cwojdak, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Chen Hong Jun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwidon Cwojdak in the 39th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gwidon Cwojdak in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chen Hong Jun saved Lillhärdal BF from getting behind.

In the 96th match minute, Lillhärdal BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 鲁克诚 to maneuver through the defense. The Lillhärdal BF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's performance. The match ended with a win for Cruzeiro Esporte Clube.
