An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernan Tulio in the 13th minute of play forced Oakcroft Thrashers's goalkeeper Christoffer Modig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. La Tribuna Tambien Juega's Long Sen Jing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jörn Holm in the 15th minute of play. Long Sen Jing came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Oakcroft Thrashers's Ingemar Jonasson. But to his dismay, Ingemar Jonasson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernan Tulio in the 20th minute of play forced Oakcroft Thrashers's goalkeeper Christoffer Modig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christoffer Modig stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aron Wassenius's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Long Sen Jing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jörn Holm in the 27th minute of play. Leo Nykvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Long Sen Jing having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Oakcroft Thrashers's Ingemar Jonasson got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Oakcroft Thrashers's Christoffer Modig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernan Tulio in the 34th minute of play. Christoffer Modig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silverio Liberto in the 35th minute of play. Christoffer Modig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aron Wassenius in the 37th minute of play. Aron Wassenius scored 1-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christoffer Modig, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jörn Holm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aron Wassenius to make the kick off. A collision led to Oakcroft Thrashers getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Benigno Jerrold hit a great ball. Christoffer Modig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernan Tulio in the 58th minute of the match. Long Sen Jing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingemar Jonasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Christoffer Modig made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Aron Wassenius sent off a good shot on target. 77 minutes into the match, Oakcroft Thrashers's goal looked a bit too open when Fernan Tulio came free, but Christoffer Modig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Long Sen Jing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörn Holm, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Oakcroft Thrashers's Christoffer Modig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aron Wassenius in the 82nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Oakcroft Thrashers defense, Aron Wassenius kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christoffer Modig. The Oakcroft Thrashers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christoffer Modig should have stopped the shot. La Tribuna Tambien Juega's Gürel Olgunay was substituted for Cesar Flor. Oakcroft Thrashers made a substitution. Anders Andersson replaced Ingemar Jonasson. La Tribuna Tambien Juega made a substitution. After some careless play in the La Tribuna Tambien Juega defense, Jörn Holm kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Long Sen Jing. The La Tribuna Tambien Juega fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Long Sen Jing should have stopped the shot. 94 minutes into the match, Kristoffer Månsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Long Sen Jing. La Tribuna Tambien Juega's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kristoffer Månsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Oakcroft Thrashers had won after a very even match.
