Babbis Aggeliadis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andrei Pavel having to make a save. In the 14th minute Babbis Aggeliadis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Pavel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, FC Fanaticii's goalkeeper Andrei Pavel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Babbis Aggeliadis. The audience thought a goal was coming when Babbis Aggeliadis got free with Andrei Pavel in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andrei Pavel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Babbis Aggeliadis, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Andrei Pavel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Constantin Mareș made in the 43rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Nichifor Iliuță however managed to control. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Robert Răducu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Babbis Aggeliadis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andrei Pavel was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Andrei Pavel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Babbis Aggeliadis in the 54th minute of play.
