Sverker Fanström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Prudencio Bilbo's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. AFTER GYM FC's Eustaquio Bazkoare quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Islam Šimić, made in the 37th minute of the game. When Luo Jun Feng fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sanderlend's protests and gave Luo Jun Feng a yellow card for diving instead. Luo Jun Feng hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match.

Sanderlend's Shi Yuan was substituted for Victorino Mano. 58 minutes into the match, Sanderlend's Babbis Aggeliadis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ovidiu Acatincăi narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
