The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A sloppy throw-in by Aris Keskeridis in the 4th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Bazinga!'s Ariel Flores. Chu Zhen Xun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Alfons Levý tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lars-Erik Rosen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Marios Sabanis made a huge save. Bazinga!'s Lars-Erik Rosen got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C. getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Aris Keskeridis hit a great ball. When Bazinga!'s Intriago Montes in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a defensive mix-up in ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C.'s zone, Lars-Erik Rosen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marios Sabanis came out of the goal and Lars-Erik Rosen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute Abubakar Kamarád shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfons Levý saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lars-Erik Rosens short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Marios Sabanis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Bazinga!'s Intriago Montes in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C. booed when Bazinga! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celestino Salgado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfons Levý made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthis Paelemans in the 45th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chu Zhen Xun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lars-Erik Rosen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marios Sabanis having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, ARIS THESSALONIKI F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Lars-Erik Rosen came free, but Marios Sabanis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lars-Erik Rosen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marios Sabanis having to interfere. Lars-Erik Rosen charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lars-Erik Rosen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a little luck, Bazinga!'s Alfons Levý got control of the ball when Matthis Paelemans tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lars-Erik Rosen in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marios Sabanis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Intriago Montes took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marios Sabanis. Marios Sabanis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Lars-Erik Rosen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Abubakar Kamarád took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Alfons Levý to make any attempt to save it. Alfons Levý made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chu Zhen Xun in the 88th minute of play. Bazinga!'s Alfons Levý proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Bazinga! from getting a goal against them. If Abubakar Kamarád had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
