Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s Armando Basajaun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Cartero de Agronomia F.C. from getting a goal against them. FSX UNITED's Mircea Popilean quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Du Hong Hui, made in the 13th minute of the game. Armando Basajaun was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Svend Betz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Svend Betz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 22 minutes into the game, Svend Betz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Armando Basajaun. Svend Betz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. FSX UNITED's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Karl-Åke Kvist in the 28th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Disvandis Advis during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 40th minute, Disvandis Advis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FSX UNITED's Ye Wei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Errando in the 41st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svend Betz in the 43rd minute of play forced Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s goalkeeper Armando Basajaun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FSX UNITED getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Mircea Popilean hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Svend Betz was the one to do the kick off. Svend Betz might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armando Basajaun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Svend Betz ran back to his position shaking his head. FSX UNITED's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Fabricio Miro scored to the left of an out of position Ye Wei, making the score, 2-1. FSX UNITED's Thomas Cochrane was substituted for Evelio Matetich. FSX UNITED's Marcelo Salas was substituted for Mircea Popilean. After 63 played minutes FSX UNITED got a freekick which was hit by Zebastian Spets. 67 minutes into the match, FSX UNITED's goalkeeper Ye Wei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabricio Miro. Armando Basajaun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amancio Baesler in the 74th minute of play. In the 81st minute of the match, Fabricio Miro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ye Wei saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Aldo Benvenuto hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 83 minutes into the match, FSX UNITED's goal looked a bit too open when Fabricio Miro came free, but Ye Wei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Marcelo Salas notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s Armando Basajaun. Armando Basajaun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ye Wei was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fabricio Miro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-2 in the 87 minute of play. Fabricio Miro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ye Wei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd minute Marcelo Salas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Basajaun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s attentive Evaristo Errando managed to snatch the ball when Aldo Benvenuto made a throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game. Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because FSX UNITED had won, even though Cartero de Agronomia F.C. had held more of the ball.
