Tobias Reuters took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Åke Kvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Svend Betz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. FSX UNITED's Ye Wei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbert Dömötör in the 24th minute of play. Svend Betz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tobias Reuters read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Tobias Reuters made an important save on a dangerous shot by Svend Betz in the 45th minute. Ye Wei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Fabelo in the 46th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Tobias Reuters didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Svend Betz went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svend Betz in the 56th minute of play forced Csabagyöngye's goalkeeper Tobias Reuters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mircea Popilean kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. FSX UNITED's Thomas Cochrane was substituted for Evelio Matetich. FSX UNITED's Marcelo Salas was substituted for Mircea Popilean. In the 58th minute, Mircea Popilean hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Csabagyöngye's Tobias Reuters played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Salas in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, Gabriel Fabelo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Csabagyöngye's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FSX UNITED the free kick. After a rather tough play, Csabagyöngye's Gabriel Fabelo got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 64th match minute, Csabagyöngye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Fabelo to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute Gabriel Fabelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ye Wei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, FSX UNITED's Ye Wei got control of the ball when Conrado Saraiva tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 76th minute of the match, Rich Durbridge got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ye Wei was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 83rd minute, Marcelo Salas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FSX UNITED fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Tobias Reuters came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by FSX UNITED's Amancio Baesler. But to his dismay, Amancio Baesler quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. FSX UNITED's Ye Wei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbert Dömötör in the 90th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amancio Baesler in the 93rd minute of play forced Csabagyöngye's goalkeeper Tobias Reuters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The FSX UNITED players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
