The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Villalaz got free with Marcus Sampaio in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 4th minute ORION F.C. were awarded a corner. Dé Santos went to the cornerflag to take it. ORION F.C.'s Dé Santos was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcus Sampaio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Pedro Villalaz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Marcus Sampaio made a huge save. In the 14th minute Per Löfkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dadhyan Rudrappa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcus Sampaio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dé Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dé Santos hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Marcus Sampaio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 37 minutes into the match, Felizberto EC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Villalaz came free, but Marcus Sampaio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Löfkvist in the 40th minute of play forced ORION F.C.'s goalkeeper Dadhyan Rudrappa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcus Sampaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Villalaz in the 41st minute of play.

ORION F.C. made a substitution. Felipe Arauz replaced Cesar Gil. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jeferson Furtado made a kick off. After a rather tough play, ORION F.C.'s Agustin Torrijos got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 56 minutes into the match, Felizberto EC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Villalaz came free, but Marcus Sampaio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th match minute, ORION F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustin Torrijos to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute, one of ORION F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ORION F.C.. When the match had been going on for 64 minutes, Felizberto EC's Ulisses Barbosa got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Dadhyan Rudrappa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dé Santos in the 66th minute of play forced Felizberto EC's goalkeeper Marcus Sampaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Pedro Villalaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcus Sampaio. Felizberto EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pedro Villalaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Villalaz in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcus Sampaio saved Felizberto EC from getting behind. Marcus Sampaio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Villalaz's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Ulisses Barbosa hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. ORION F.C.'s Pedro Villalaz got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ma Xi Kang kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The supporters of ORION F.C. booed when Felizberto EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tião de Godoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Arauz in the 99th minute of play forced Felizberto EC's goalkeeper Marcus Sampaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
