In the 10th minute of the match Meadow Village got a corner. Zamalek FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jarbas Sabóia ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jarbas Sabóia made a great header on Meadow Village's corner, it was just that Zamalek FC's Rhys Dimmock managed to reach the ball for a save. 13 minutes in the game Leonardo Lane did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to 武挺西. Alex Lundkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 武挺西 in the 14th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Meadow Village's goal looked a bit too open when Reese Otto came free, but Alex Lundkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute Daron Joseph shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Lundkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonardo Lane took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alex Lundkvist. Alex Lundkvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Alex Lundkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 武挺西 in the 24th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Jarbas Sabóia got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rhys Dimmock quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Leonardo Lane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Lundkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reese Otto in the 33rd minute of the match. Alex Lundkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 武挺西, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zack Grier charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zack Grier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rhys Dimmock acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 38th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jarbas Sabóia. Alex Lundkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reese Otto in the 39th minute of the match. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonardo Lane made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarbas Sabóia in the 53rd minute of play forced Zamalek FC's goalkeeper Rhys Dimmock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 minutes Zamalek FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jarbas Sabóia who took care of the corner kick. Alex Lundkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Lane in the 56th minute of the match. Meadow Village's Alex Lundkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reese Otto in the 60th minute of play. Sten Jansson lost his temper 62 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, Meadow Village's Sten Jansson got a free kick in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reese Otto in the 64th minute of play forced Meadow Village's goalkeeper Alex Lundkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Meadow Village's Mårten Kristiansson quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Reese Otto, made in the 65th minute of the game. In the 70th minute, Vidar Markusson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Meadow Village made a substitution. Matthias Bergkvist replaced Frans Valrot. After 71 played minutes Meadow Village got a freekick which was hit by Vidar Markusson. The long shot by Chunche Montero in the 71st minute really tested Alex Lundkvist's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a rather tough play, Meadow Village's Mårten Kristiansson got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 78th minute, Jarbas Sabóia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zamalek FC made a substitution. Sergey Krasinskiy replaced Leonardo Lane. Matthias Bergkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Zamalek FC's Reese Otto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alex Lundkvist. That made the score 0-3 after 88 minutes of play. When Zamalek FC's 武挺西 in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Meadow Village's goalie prevented a goal. The corner led to Meadow Village's Svante Matsson getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. A collision led to Meadow Village getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Matthias Bergkvist hit a great ball. The Zamalek FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
