Rebentala FC's Remzi İçten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Okwii Nwoke in the 17th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Rebentala FC's zone, Okwii Nwoke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remzi İçten came out of the goal and Okwii Nwoke tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abdul Oresanya came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Rebentala FC's Hazım Cilasun. But to his dismay, Hazım Cilasun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Abdul Oresanya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximino Tabby, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner ended in Patricio Pelayo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's Abdul Oresanya did a great save. Abdul Oresanya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hazım Cilasun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's Abdul Oresanya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Reno in the 45th minute of play. Abdul Oresanya came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Rebentala FC's Hazım Cilasun. But to his dismay, Hazım Cilasun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rebentala FC were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Hazım Cilasun made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Rebentala FC got a freekick which was hit by Maximino Tabby. 56 minutes into the game, Hazım Cilasun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Abdul Oresanya was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hazım Cilasun did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-5 to the left of a surprised Abdul Oresanya 63 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the match, LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's goal looked a bit too open when Hazım Cilasun came free, but Abdul Oresanya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remzi İçten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ugochukwu Eshieshi, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Abdul Oresanya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hazım Cilasun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Furo Ndudi hit a great ball. Rebentala FC's Alberto Veremundo was substituted for Patricio Pelayo. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Rebentala FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
