LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's supporters rose to their feet, but Choice Bolodeoku was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aivo Lepisk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Duke Mbolu hit a great ball. In the 15th match minute, LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duke Mbolu to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhu Bin Yu in the 23rd minute of play forced LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's goalkeeper Abdul Oresanya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zhu Bin Yu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abdul Oresanya read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's zone, Zhu Bin Yu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdul Oresanya came out of the goal and Zhu Bin Yu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Furo Ndudi kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zhu Bin Yu was the one to do the kick off. Aivo Lepisk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ejike Ummalah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 53 minutes into the game, LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's Ejike Ummalah nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aivo Lepisk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 56 minutes into the match, Zhu Bin Yu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abdul Oresanya. LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zhu Bin Yu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's Abdul Oresanya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhu Bin Yu in the 61st minute of play. When Wrexham AFC's Zhu Bin Yu in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Aivo Lepisk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ejike Ummalah in the 69th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zhu Bin Yu in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abdul Oresanya saved LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 from getting behind. Afolabi Onoja kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Zhu Bin Yu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abdul Oresanya was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Abdul Oresanya was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zhu Bin Yu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 81 minute of play. Zhu Bin Yu might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abdul Oresanya. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zhu Bin Yu ran back to his position shaking his head. Abdul Oresanya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhu Bin Yu, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's goalkeeper Abdul Oresanya, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Wrexham AFC's Zhu Bin Yu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Abdul Oresanya. That made the score 1-6 after 95 minutes of play. Wrexham AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
