Potrero's Özgür Onur got a free kick in the 15th minute. C. A. Potrero's Mero Quijana was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eric Soned in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Mustafa Barış Yorangil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Soned having to interfere. After 27 played minutes C. A. Potrero got a freekick which was hit by Semih Kaya. Nickolai Nickerson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lucio Ur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nickolai Nickerson, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After having played for 43 minutes, Nickolai Nickerson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nickolai Nickerson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vladimir Capixaba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 50th minute of the match, but Lucio Ur made a huge save. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Lucio Ur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jim Njurenius in the 55th minute of play. In the 58th match minute, Étoile Sportive Du Sahel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Elg to maneuver through the defense. Mustafa Barış Yorangil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eric Soned read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. 65 minutes in the game Valentin Elg did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Allan Olofsson. Eric Soned made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Mateusz Marajda sent off a good shot on target. Mateusz Marajda kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. C. A. Potrero's Lu Lin Zhou was substituted for Özgür Onur. Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's Carlo Ancelotti was substituted for Nickolai Nickerson. After a rather tough play, C. A. Potrero's Mateusz Marajda got a free kick in the 85th minute. Valentin Elg made in the 89th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by C. A.
