Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 111, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Leif Törnqvist got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pingos Futbol Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Niilo Mikkola was slow to take the kick. During this time SeleSantos FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Niilo Mikkola got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marcial Licerio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rogelio Ezkerra hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Leif Törnqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Marcial Licerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17thth minute of the game Niilo Mikkola who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pingos Futbol Club's Marcial Licerio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niilo Mikkola in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcial Licerio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcial Licerio made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Niilo Mikkola sent off a good shot on target. Niilo Mikkola in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcial Licerio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Niilo Mikkola who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Marcial Licerio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as SeleSantos FC's Leif Törnqvist slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcial Licerio. That made the score 1-0 after 26 minutes of play. Niilo Mikkola came free with the goalkeeper in the 28th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Marcial Licerio could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Matteo in the 30th minute of play forced SeleSantos FC's goalkeeper Dinei Pinheiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcial Licerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leif Törnqvist in the 32nd minute of play. Pingos Futbol Club's Marcial Licerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leif Törnqvist in the 33rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leif Törnqvist in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcial Licerio saved Pingos Futbol Club from getting behind. Marcial Licerio was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and Niilo Mikkola capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Niilo Mikkola really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Dinei Pinheiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Ezkerra in the 45th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

50 minutes into the game, Aílton Seco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SeleSantos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pingos Futbol Club the free kick. A collision led to SeleSantos FC getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Aílton Seco hit a great ball. SeleSantos FC's Dinei Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Matteo in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute Niilo Mikkola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Licerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SeleSantos FC's Dinei Pinheiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save SeleSantos FC from getting a goal against them. Marcial Licerio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leif Törnqvist's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. After 76 minutes of play, Pingos Futbol Club's Clemente Matteo made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dinei Pinheiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pingos Futbol Club's Faustino Feliu was substituted for Melchor Salomone. Clemente Matteo charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Clemente Matteo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Pingos Futbol Club's Clemente Matteo got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Nestor Naldo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dinei Pinheiro having to make a save. Marcial Licerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niilo Mikkola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. SeleSantos FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Pingos Futbol Club for much of the match.
