The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Beyhan Değirmencioğlu came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Hydra's Mario Emmanuel. But to his dismay, Mario Emmanuel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Umur Serdinç's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Orlando Chepe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. With his leg Orlando Chepe managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Yorulan Defansa Gelsin's Umur Serdinç fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ahmet Nasir Fırıncı hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Orlando Chepe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Nasir Fırıncı in the 18th minute of the match. In the 18thth minute of the game Umur Serdinç who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hydra's Orlando Chepe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cevat Metehan in the 22nd minute of play forced Hydra's goalkeeper Orlando Chepe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th match minute, Yorulan Defansa Gelsin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Burhan Apaydın to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute of the match Mario Emmanuel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Beyhan Değirmencioğlu skillfully saved the ball. In the 27th minute Umur Serdinç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando Chepe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Yorulan Defansa Gelsin's Ahmet Nasir Fırıncı got a free kick in the 28th minute. Yorulan Defansa Gelsin's Beyhan Değirmencioğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Emmanuel in the 33rd minute of play. Beyhan Değirmencioğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben Reyes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 44 minutes into the match, Hydra's Leopoldo Ladio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Beyhan Değirmencioğlu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leopoldo Ladio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Beyhan Değirmencioğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruben Reyes in the 47th minute of play forced Yorulan Defansa Gelsin's goalkeeper Beyhan Değirmencioğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Umur Serdinç to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Leopoldo Ladio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beyhan Değirmencioğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Yorulan Defansa Gelsin's Beyhan Değirmencioğlu got control of the ball when Urdaspal Ronda tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mario Emmanuel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Orlando Chepe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Umur Serdinç in the 90th minute of play. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hydra's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pekin Tanacan was slow to take the kick. During this time Yorulan Defansa Gelsin's players had a chance to rest. Beyhan Değirmencioğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laurin Roca in the 94th minute of play. Hydra's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mario Emmanuel in the 95th minute. Hydra's Mario Emmanuel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Beyhan Değirmencioğlu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The Hydra players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
