Glyka Nera FC were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Gladiadores's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Taha Seccac took the corner. Glyka Nera FC's He Zheng Xing got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gladiadores's Daniel Urbasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by He Zheng Xing in the 16th minute of play. Daniel Urbasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from He Zheng Xing, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Blas Beila could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Pipis Culot made a huge save. In the 22nd minute Pedro Geromel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Urbasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 24 minutes, He Zheng Xing managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glyka Nera FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but He Zheng Xing was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 28 minutes into the game, Gabrie-Alejandro Maldini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gladiadores's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Glyka Nera FC the free kick. In the 28th match minute, Gladiadores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabrie-Alejandro Maldini to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Glyka Nera FC's goalkeeper Pipis Culot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 38th minute, Gladiadores's Cristo Quilino seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Cristo Quilino the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Gladiadores protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Cristo Quilino had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 39th minute there was a penalty for Glyka Nera FC. Stig-Inge Nymoen stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Daniel Urbasa. 0-2. Daniel Urbasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from He Zheng Xing in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd match minute, Glyka Nera FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by He Zheng Xing to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Urbasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from He Zheng Xing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, He Zheng Xing put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Daniel Urbasa. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and He Zheng Xing made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Giorgos Nesta during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 52nd match minute, Glyka Nera FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giorgos Nesta to maneuver through the defense. Stig-Inge Nymoen in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Albino Belo took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pipis Culot. Pipis Culot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Glyka Nera FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
