The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Armando Di Giuseppe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldão Sanches in the 3rd minute of the match. Armando Di Giuseppe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frédson Chaves, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. 7 minutes into the game, Anier Ongile cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Cauan de Senna was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cauan de Senna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anier Ongile in the 14th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anier Ongile in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cauan de Senna saved Maragassume AD - CIMZ from getting behind. Armando Di Giuseppe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldão Sanches, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Anier Ongile sped through Maragassume AD - CIMZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cauan de Senna. If Anier Ongile had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cauan de Senna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from George Best went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ronaldão Sanches to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Maragassume AD - CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Sergiu Râznicu. George Best received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cauan de Senna came out and tried to block the shot, but George Best slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 53rd minute. BROŃ RADOM's George Best got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The throw-in from Fernandão Cearense in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by BROŃ RADOM's Iwan Sokolski. Cauan de Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anier Ongile in the 59th minute of play. In the 65thth minute of the game Anier Ongile who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maragassume AD - CIMZ's Cauan de Senna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 65th minute of the match, Anier Ongile tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cauan de Senna saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience was convinced that Anier Ongile's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cauan de Senna was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldão Sanches in the 68th minute of play forced BROŃ RADOM's goalkeeper Armando Di Giuseppe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute Ronaldão Sanches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Di Giuseppe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Anier Ongile had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armando Di Giuseppe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergiu Râznicu, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The BROŃ RADOM fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when BROŃ RADOM's Anier Ongile looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Armando Di Giuseppe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldão Sanches in the 91st minute of play. The supporters of Maragassume AD - CIMZ booed when BROŃ RADOM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Augustyn didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Anier Ongile came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the BROŃ RADOM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anier Ongile couldn't finish the play.
