But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Qiao Yue couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Bierunese booed when The North Face was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinny McNamell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Burhanettin Berkkan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Kevin Arnolds succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 16th playminute. Burhanettin Berkkan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacco Klijnstra's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Werner Kamps showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddie Vennerberg in the 21st minute of the match. The North Face's Burhanettin Berkkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacco Klijnstra in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Fonso van den Berg threw the ball into play from the sideline. The North Face's Vinny McNamell quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 29th match minute, Bierunese was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pieter Denneboom to maneuver through the defense. The North Face's Burhanettin Berkkan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save The North Face from getting a goal against them. The North Face's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Jacco Klijnstra scored to the left of an out of position Burhanettin Berkkan, making the score, 2-0. Martin Tinge kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Burhanettin Berkkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Arnolds in the 46th minute of the match. Qiao Yue hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Folker Legdeur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Burhanettin Berkkan having to interfere. Werner Kamps made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joshua Cumming in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute Kevin Arnolds shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Burhanettin Berkkan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Burhanettin Berkkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Alvarez in the 56th minute of the match. Freddie Vennerberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Werner Kamps made a huge save. Joshua Cumming received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Werner Kamps tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kevin Arnolds in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Burhanettin Berkkan saved The North Face from getting behind. Burhanettin Berkkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Arnolds in the 65th minute of play. After 66 played minutes The North Face got a freekick which was hit by Charlie Kilgour. The North Face's Burhanettin Berkkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacco Klijnstra in the 67th minute of play. Burhanettin Berkkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Arnolds in the 75th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Folker Legdeur in the 77th minute of play forced The North Face's goalkeeper Burhanettin Berkkan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The North Face's Burhanettin Berkkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Tinge in the 78th minute of play. With a little luck, Bierunese's Werner Kamps got control of the ball when Joshua Cumming tried to sneak it across the goal line. Martin Tinge's late challenge caught a The North Face's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martin Tinge helped the player get up and apologised. Martin Tinge hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Burhanettin Berkkan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacco Klijnstra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A throw-in in the 90th minute of the game was made by Pieter Denneboom with Folker Legdeur as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 93 minutes into the match, The North Face's goal looked a bit too open when Folker Legdeur came free, but Burhanettin Berkkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to The North Face getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Sun Xing Jian hit a great ball. After some careless play in the The North Face defense, Jacco Klijnstra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Burhanettin Berkkan. The The North Face fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Burhanettin Berkkan should have stopped the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the The North Face players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bierunese.
