In the 12th minute, Tarcisio Cordeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Célio Maranhense's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Denis Urtats firmly grabbed it by the left post. 23 minutes into the match, Xurupita FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teta Grande came free, but Gustavo Coelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Knight Of Dawn's goalkeeper Denis Urtats had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emerson Jacaré. The audience was convinced that Emerson Jacaré's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Denis Urtats was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Xurupita FC defense, Teta Grande kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustavo Coelho. The Xurupita FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustavo Coelho should have stopped the shot. Denis Urtats was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Célio Maranhense capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Célio Maranhense really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Denis Urtats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emerson Jacaré in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Knight Of Dawn's goalkeeper Denis Urtats had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emerson Jacaré. A hard shot 38 in the game by Emerson Jacaré from a close distance when the talented Denis Urtats managed to make a qualified save. Knight Of Dawn's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albertinho de Amaral in the 40th minute of play forced Knight Of Dawn's goalkeeper Denis Urtats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute of the match Xurupita FC got a corner. Knight Of Dawn's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emerson Jacaré ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Xurupita FC's corner Albertinho de Amaral fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Denis Urtats quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teta Grande in the 47th minute of play forced Xurupita FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 49th minute Knight Of Dawn were awarded a corner. Porfírio Quirino went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Knight Of Dawn's corner Klement Belko fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gustavo Coelho quite easily take care of the ball. When the match had gone on for 49 minutes, Klement Belko put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Gustavo Coelho. The Xurupita FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Knight Of Dawn were winning 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teta Grande to make the kick off. In the 57th minute, Teta Grande got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gustavo Coelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teta Grande, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Xurupita FC made a substitution. Gil Cruz replaced Tarcisio Cordeiro. Knight Of Dawn were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Xurupita FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Porfírio Quirino took the corner. Knight Of Dawn's Florencio Aragones was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gustavo Coelho in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Gil Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 65th minute Teta Grande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Coelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lilian Vântu in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Denis Urtats prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Knight Of Dawn made a substitution. Danilo Matro replaced Klement Belko. Knight Of Dawn made a substitution. Gregorio Caton replaced Bruno Norino. After a defensive mix-up in Xurupita FC's zone, Teta Grande stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustavo Coelho came out of the goal and Teta Grande tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 82 minutes Xurupita FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Qiu Yuan Jun who took care of the corner kick. 89 minutes into the match, Xurupita FC's goal looked a bit too open when Qiu Yuan Jun came free, but Gustavo Coelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Danilo Matro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 94th minute, Ruben Bemabe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Qiu Yuan Jun got free with Gustavo Coelho in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gustavo Coelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Qiu Yuan Jun, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. In the 99th minute, Gregorio Caton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
