Zeng Ting Xing in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Christoffel Portmans, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of SK Dreigoten booed when Union Y Progreso F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Vedat Çelikyay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ludwig Van der Borght went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Ali Vedat Çelikyay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludwig Van der Borght, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute Michael Wirinckx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Vedat Çelikyay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zeng Ting Xing in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christoffel Portmans prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Roderik Van den Berch made in the 26th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Union Y Progreso F.C.'s Fabio Cordarell. Christoffel Portmans made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Zeng Ting Xing sent off a good shot on target. 30 minutes into the game, Zeng Ting Xing recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Christoffel Portmans. Zeng Ting Xing showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Ali Vedat Çelikyay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Wirinckx, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Zeng Ting Xing came free with the goalkeeper in the 36th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Christoffel Portmans could save by the left post. Christoffel Portmans made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Zeng Ting Xing sent off a good shot on target. In the 44th minute, Zeng Ting Xing reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Christoffel Portmans. The goal made the score 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Michael Wirinckx was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michael Wirinckx in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ali Vedat Çelikyay saved Union Y Progreso F.C. from getting behind. SK Dreigoten's Christoffel Portmans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeng Ting Xing in the 57th minute of play. Santiago Meruendano took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christoffel Portmans. Christoffel Portmans dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Zeng Ting Xing might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christoffel Portmans. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zeng Ting Xing ran back to his position shaking his head. 62 minutes into the match, Union Y Progreso F.C.'s Zeng Ting Xing sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christoffel Portmans narrowly saved just below the crossbar. But to his dismay, Santiago Meruendano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-3. In the 86th minute, Ludwig Van der Borght reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ali Vedat Çelikyay. The goal made the score 5-4. SK Dreigoten's Christoffel Portmans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeng Ting Xing in the 89th minute of play. In the 90th match minute, SK Dreigoten was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quentin De Becker to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute Olle Melander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christoffel Portmans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SK Dreigoten's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
