Zé Paulo Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rahmat Aswatama, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zé Paulo Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Canor in the 11th minute of play. Sentinel's Kevin Syarifudin quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Umberto Araújo, made in the 14th minute of the game. 18 minutes into the match, Rahmat Aswatama had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zé Paulo Fernandez. Werneck FC - DMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rahmat Aswatama was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 22nd minute, Saul Canor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sentinel fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Zé Paulo Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Canor in the 26th minute of play. Sentinel's Rahmat Aswatama got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Werneck FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Canor came free, but Zé Paulo Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Werneck FC - DMZ defense, Rahmat Aswatama kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé Paulo Fernandez. The Werneck FC - DMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé Paulo Fernandez should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Sentinel's Kevin Syarifudin got a free kick in the 40th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rahmat Aswatama in the 42nd minute of play forced Werneck FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Zé Paulo Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 43 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Saul Canor sped through Werneck FC - DMZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zé Paulo Fernandez. The Werneck FC - DMZ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sentinel were winning 0-5.

In the 50th minute, Saul Canor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Werneck FC - DMZ's Zé Paulo Fernandez got control of the ball when Rahmat Aswatama tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 59th minute, Saul Canor reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zé Paulo Fernandez. The goal made the score 0-6. Saul Canor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the last second Zé Paulo Fernandez throw himself and got hold of the ball when Saul Canor in the 67thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Zé Paulo Fernandez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Saul Canor went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. The supporters of Werneck FC - DMZ booed when Sentinel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saul Canor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tiago Freitas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Yaya Kunaefi. Sentinel's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Rahmat Aswatama scored 0-8 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zé Paulo Fernandez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Saul Canor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saul Canor might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zé Paulo Fernandez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Saul Canor ran back to his position shaking his head. Werneck FC - DMZ's Zé Paulo Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Canor in the 84th minute of play. Rahmat Aswatama struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Zé Paulo Fernandez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sentinel. After a rather tough play, Sentinel's Kevin Syarifudin got a free kick in the 89th minute. 91 minutes into the game, Zé Paulo Lara threw the ball into play from the sideline. Sentinel's Kevin Syarifudin quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Saul Canor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute.
