Guilherme Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Machado in the 13th minute of the match. When Joinville United - FSCMZ's Mané Lara in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Joinville United - FSCMZ's Guilherme Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Paulo Luz in the 19th minute of play. Werneck FC - DMZ's Felix Donciu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Werneck FC - DMZ from getting a goal against them. Guilherme Catarinense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Machado, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Mané Lara might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Felix Donciu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mané Lara ran back to his position shaking his head. Felix Donciu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mané Lara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guilherme Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Paulo Luz in the 27th minute of play. Werneck FC - DMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joélson Amaral in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mané Lara in the 29th minute of play forced Werneck FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Felix Donciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
